We exist to remove the friction standing between businesses and what they’re actually here to do.

We started in 2003, doing enterprise-grade work for small and medium businesses that the big shops weren’t paying enough attention to. Twenty-plus years later, the technology has changed completely — the principle hasn’t.

Every client has something they’re meant to be doing. An engineering firm is here to solve infrastructure problems. An arts organisation is here to create. A healthcare provider is here to care for people. None of them are here to worry about whether their email is secure, their servers are running, or their team can collaborate from anywhere.

That’s friction. And friction is the enemy of purpose.
