Backups & Disaster Recovery
Automated, encrypted, and rapidly recoverable — so a hardware failure, a ransomware hit, or a misconfigured cloud sync isn’t a business-stopping event.
What this is
Backups don’t matter until they really, really do. The failure modes are predictable — hardware failures, ransomware, accidental deletions, cloud sync mistakes, simple human error. The variable is recovery. How fast can you restore? How recent is the last clean snapshot? Did the backup itself actually get verified, or is it only theoretically there?
Our backup service answers those questions before anyone has to ask them. Every protected workload — endpoints, servers, virtual machines, Microsoft 365 — gets automated, encrypted backup with point-in-time recovery and 6-month retention by default. Restores are tested. Anomalies are flagged. Recovery objectives are documented.

How we engage
Commitment: 1-year initial term, annual auto-renewal.
Pricing: Per-device, per-user, or per-GB depending on workload.
Standalone or layered. You can engage backups within a managed-services agreement or run it independently.
