We run two engagement levels. Remote Support is for businesses with onsite capabilities who want unlimited remote helpdesk, monitoring, and Microsoft 365 management without a full-stack partnership. Complete Support is for businesses who want us as their entire IT function — onsite presence, strategic reviews, and discounted project rates included.
Both come with P1–P4 response time commitments, asset and patch management, technology health reporting, and access to the Modena360 Cloud Portal. Neither comes with a per-incident charge structure or commission-driven upsell.
